Idaye Braimah, Principal Attorney
For over two decades, Idaye has practiced as an Attorney across trans-national jurisdictions handling complex legal issues, litigation and transactions. In the period, he worked in the area of technology for a major Wall Street Investment Bank - managing, designing, building, integrating and supporting in-house and third party vendor software and Applications. Provide guidance to multi-national corporations in the area of global information and technology regulations, cyber security, resilience and compliance implementation.
His core competency in the area of technology, software, data, privacy, compliance, risk, resilience and contracts is extensive. He is a certified member of the The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), member of The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the Nigerian Bar. He holds various certifications in technology and software development.
He is engaged in a number of civic and Pro Bono work. Completed participating in the New York State Bar Covid-19 Pro Bono Network to help displaced workers Appeal, navigate and claim relevant State and Federal benefits that have been denied.
